[V] Oz Artist of the Year Wildcard
For the first time ever, there will be a Wild Card entry for the Top 50 nominees. Channel [V] has selected the Top 49, but we’re leaving it to you to complete the list. From Saturday 1 October, head to vmusic.com.au and nominate your favourite Australian artist for the Wild Card. It can be any Aussie act, whether they are signed or un-signed. At the end of the voting period, the artist with the most votes will be added to the nominees. The [V] Oz Artist 2011 Top 50 Nominees will be announced on Saturday 15 October at 11.00am on Channel [V].
This year Channel [V] is also calling on die hard fans to register to campaign for their favourite artist, and get as many people possible voting to help their chosen one claim the Award. Whether that be via social media, hitting the shops with flyers, getting in the newspaper or something even bigger!
So if you consider yourself a New Empire Fan vote for them and spread the word!!!! :)
